Description of Services

Malaysia eVisa Service

Malaysia eVisa is an electronic travel authorization that allows eligible travelers to visit Malaysia for tourism, business, or other permitted purposes. We provide an online platform to facilitate the application process by collecting your information and submitting it to Malaysian immigration authorities on your behalf.

MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card) Service

MDAC is a mandatory digital arrival card that all visitors must complete before arriving in Malaysia. We provide a simplified online platform to help you complete and submit your MDAC application to Malaysian authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are NOT an official government agency, and we are not affiliated with the Malaysian government, embassy, or immigration department, though we work with these entities to process your applications.

  • • We are a service intermediary that collects your information and submits applications on your behalf
  • • Final approval decisions rest entirely with Malaysian immigration authorities
  • • We cannot guarantee visa or MDAC approval regardless of application strength
  • • Approval timelines depend on government processing, which is beyond our control
  • • Any changes to immigration policy or requirements are determined by the Malaysian government

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MALAYSIA EVISA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot and do not guarantee the approval of your visa or MDAC application. Approval is at the sole discretion of Malaysian immigration authorities. Factors including but not limited to your nationality, travel history, financial situation, and criminal background may affect approval decisions beyond our control.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website and services. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • • Harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress or discomfort to any individual
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • • Submit fraudulent or false information in visa applications
  • • Impersonate any person or entity
  • • Transmit spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional materials
  • • Engage in any form of cybercrime or hacking
  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automatically access our website without permission

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services, and we may pursue legal action against violators.

Payment Terms & Service Fees

Fees & Payment

  • • All published fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • • Payment must be made in full before your application is submitted to government authorities
  • • We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods
  • • All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
  • • We do not store credit card information on our servers

  • • MDAC 100% non-refundable policy
  • • eVisa $50 cancellation fee per passport before immigration submission
  • • Non-refundable policy after immigration submission

Service Interruption & Maintenance

We may interrupt, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned maintenance, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

We are not liable for:

  • • Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • • Loss of access to your application due to technical failures
  • • Data loss due to website downtime or system failures
  • • Delays in application processing due to service interruptions

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

  2. 2Good Faith Negotiation: Allow 30 days for good faith negotiation between parties
  3. 3Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Malaysia under applicable arbitration rules

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class action, class arbitration, or representative proceedings against Malaysia eVisa.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, for any reason including:

  • • Violation of these Terms or any other policies
  • • Submission of fraudulent or false information
  • • Violation of applicable laws
  • • Inappropriate or abusive conduct toward our staff or other users
  • • Non-payment of fees or service charges

Termination does not eliminate your obligations under these Terms, including payment responsibilities and indemnification obligations.
