Malaysia eVisa and MDAC Refund Policy
MDAC (Malaysia Digital Arrival Card)
All MDAC application fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. This applies regardless of whether the application is approved, rejected, cancelled, or withdrawn.
Malaysia eVisa - Before Immigration Submission
Applications may be cancelled before submission to Malaysian immigration authorities. A cancellation fee of $50 USD per passport will be deducted from your refund.
To request cancellation, email support@malaysiavisa.my with your application reference number and passport details.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the $50 cancellation fee is deducted.
Malaysia eVisa - After Immigration Submission
Once your application has been submitted to Malaysian immigration authorities, the fee is 100% non-refundable with no exceptions.
This applies regardless of circumstances including travel plan changes, medical emergencies, application rejection, or any other reason.

Processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify all information before submission. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your application, as submissions to immigration happen continuously.
